I am SO enjoying this book. I'm taking my time - there are 8 stories & I just finished the 5th, A Lifetime to Forget, which is my favorite so far.

I have 2 chapters left. Mom would have really enjoyed this one - she was always Team Ranger. Who else is still reading these? Are you Team Morelli or Team Ranger? Personally, I am Team Bob. Ditch the human boys - all you need is the love of a good dog. 😁

I am not enjoying this re-read nearly as much as I expected to. My brain had evidently blocked certain scenes from my memory, because I have zero recollection of boiled alive cats, butchered unicorns, and most of everything that occured after Arthur pulled the sword out of the stone.

Haven't gotten very far yet. Struggling with the audio book. The narrator's cadence seems strange to me and it's distracting me from the story. Hope I get used to it soon.

Started out a little slow, but now I am completely invested. I am particularly enjoying the chapters from the mother's point of view.

Enjoying this a great deal. About half done. First book I've read by this author.

Feeling extreme dislike for Nicole. Hope she is redeemable, but I'm not seeing it at the half way point.

Diana Gabaldon is always worth the wait. No matter how long it's been, as soon as I hear Davina Porter's fabulous voice, I am instantly transported to the incomparable world of Outlander. ❤️

I'm enjoying these more than I expected to. I don't normally bother with "in between" stories, especially in a long series, but these are definitely worth the read. If you only read one of them, it should be Warrior. Truly excellent.

Enjoying this one. Audible narrator has a lovely voice, characters are well drawn, and story has me captivated. Also making me hungry!

I am not enjoying this one. To say I dislike Leeds is putting it mildly. I would like to reach into the book and punch him, repeatedly. This might be my first Colleen Hoover DNF.

Enjoying this one a great deal.

Pros: Story is interesting & unique; characters are realistic & well developed. All par for the course when you're reading Colleen Hoover. Cons: I have developed a sincere dislike of Clara. Every time the point of view flips to hers, I want to skip the entire chapter. This is probably because I'm 50 years old & no longer have any patience for self-centered, spoiled, ignorant teenagers.

Loving this one so far. Classic King, hitting all the buttons.

Struggling to get through this one. The writing is extremely descriptive and detailed. I'm finding the characters and story interesting, but it seems to be taking forever to make any real progress. Might have to sit it aside and come back to it at a later date.

Jury's still out. The jumping viewpoint is an irritation, especially the duplicated scenes. I read this whole conversation two minutes ago; why do I need to read it again? But the characters are likeable and interesting, so I'm sticking with it .
