Chapter three, Land Curses

I’ve promised myself I won’t go through another Jane Austen for three months after this so (*me realizing how crazy that sounds 🫣😅😂

Wow. Chapter three titled, “Land Curses” was eye opening and very striking. It made a lot of things I’ve been wondering about make a lot more sense. The first half of the chapter especially was rather shocking and hit home. So good so far!….and I’m not even fifty pages in!

Got a little bored from the amount of times I’ve already gone through it so many times 🫣😂😬😅😏

Since Sunday drives are so long I figured I’d read this on them, good so far.

A couple of the characters have taken the Lord’s name in vain a couple of times so idk, if this keeps up I might ditch it. Idk

The ending was so beautiful and that bumped up the rating but I didn’t love the plot to this one. Also IDK if I can call myself a homeschooler and have not entirely read all the books so the last one is on the summer TBR.
