Over 11 hrs left 😮‍💨we’re getting somewhere though. I feel like I’ve listened to like seven hours of this already tho 😂

A couple of the characters have taken the Lord’s name in vain a couple of times so idk, if this keeps up I might ditch it. Idk

Two chapters in and it’s SO the vibe (lol I feel like I’m talking to my sister and making fun of the work vibe 😂)

The ending was so beautiful and that bumped up the rating but I didn’t love the plot to this one. Also IDK if I can call myself a homeschooler and have not entirely read all the books so the last one is on the summer TBR.

From I have heard this has about the same plot line of With Lee in Virginia by G.A. Henty which I think is kinda funny because it is set in 90’s Columbia with all the guerrilla warfare etc. rather than the American civil war in the 1860’s so I think that’s kinda funny but so far I’m liking this one as I did With Lee in Virginia

Why half the book was there was not explained almost at all. Very factual and the style was not my fave. If it were not easy to read and the book short I would have DNFed this a long time ago.
I hate hating books 😫 😂
