okay thoughts so far:

really enjoy gideon and harrow and the lady of the seventh house, and i think despite being introduced to like 20+ characters in the first quarter of the book they were all memorably described so far.

my only current gripe is that the settings are a little hard to follow sometimes. all the pieces of the setting are gorgeously described but it's all sort of mismatched + inconsistent
