I’ve realized that Finch’s character really resonates with me. I also feel like a freak and like I am not good enough. His pain is very intense and real. I can relate to some of his thoughts.

Oh, good grief. The “woke” messages are a little too much in this book. It’s like they’re specifically planted so that you know that the characters are anti-conservative beliefs. I GOT IT.

Ugh. I GET it. Chill.
