Interesting info. Great sections exploring different components and regional specificities. It is a reading challenge - not a quick read, some structural difficulties (ex. run on sentences), and dense content. I like it though.

My first long book for awhile - I’m enjoying the pacing and how easy it goes from scene to scene.
