Loving this so far. Never read a book that has no chapters, no quotations, and no paragraphs. Just one 118 page text.

Chuggin along, tryna finish before the new year!

Chuggin along. Some violence seems pretty unnecessary though.

Started this as a more relaxing read while I push through Blood Meridian. Absolutely love Stegner’s nature descriptions.

3 chapters in. The suspense. The detail. The imagery. Lovin it.

One chapter in and I’m getting the hang of McCarthy’s invisible quotations. Haven’t read anything like it, pure violence and ornery characters so far.

William’s portrayal of love is so well described, along with his imagery throughout these last few chapters.

This book has made me want to read again. What a great start to a book. I think my favorite time period of literature is the 19th century. So good.
