The beginning of this book was hard for me to get into- it’s not the genre I normally read. However, as I begin chapter 20, my mind has created vivid pictures about what I’m reading. I can hardly put this book down! I’m all in. Thanks, Liv😊

This is a story of King Ajax and his reign over Judah. He led the Israelites into worshipping idols and false gods. He even threw his firstborn son into a pit of fire to appease the god of Molech. His other son, Hezekiah grew up to detest his father. One day Hezekiah would be his successor. I’m now reading as Hezekiah was just given into marriage to a girl whose father could benefit through trade with her father.
