This is an eye opening read for someone scattered in their reading and in life in general. Proust has ability to notice things that normal people wouldn’t, he said “we don’t really learn anything properly until there is a problem, until we are in pain, until something fails to go as we has hoped. Many such ideas are embedded in this short book and it has made me more sensitised to the world around us.
