This could have been a decent 3 star if it wasn’t 538 pages. Five hundred and Thirty. Eight. Pages.

At least 200 of those were dedicated to reminding us that the MMC was her brother’s best friend and that they were fake dating. This was too aggressively mediocre to be that long.

So, no more reading this at night.

Sometimes books are free for a reason. And that reason is because they’re bad.

Objectively this was not a good book. Poorly written, details all over the place, characters that are never introduced but just, show up out of nowhere. Yet, it ended on a cliff hanger so now I might have to read the next one…

I don’t want to talk about it.
