It is going slow. I don’t know what’s going on. So it started with the MC talking to his(her?) Lola about stories and she was smoking. Then he gets transported to the in between world and sees a play. When does he go back? I don’t know. I’m now reading a part about the Terrors. The emperor is referred to as The Smiling Sun with Three Terrors as his kids. And a tortoise that is like the snails in one piece???

The book very good. Like Berry Pickers it was a novel of character development and a feeling of the story by the character. The description was amazing of course but the level of language did confuse me even more within the fantasy setting. Fitz was a good MC - not being overpowered like with the Skill but with a talent for it. And being hated and having struggles with Loyalty and morals. Well rounded.

It is good. The description still holds up but the plot is happening. Sometimes I’m confused due to my sporadic reading and base confusion that comes with fantasy. Though I do love a good fantasy and the world building is great. Lady Patience has requested for Fitz to be the heir but I don’t think that’s a good idea but it may come true 🤷‍♀️. Chade is a confusing man - he is also Lady Thyme?? ⚔️

It’s is much better. While the description is heavy I do enjoy it. In addition then plot is building and Fitz, Boy? The MC is the Assassins apprentice. King Shrewd is cool and Chade, Molly and Nosy RIP. Verity and Regal are just annoying. Burrich is the guy who only handles animas and doesn’t know wha to do with the MC but learns overtime. It’s cool. I like the world building in the chapter start.

Further than I usually read, it’s good. Description and atmosphere is amazing and the story has slightly picked up. Nosy is so cute I love him. Regal is annoying and obviously Jealous of Verity who’s King now, not Chivalry. Excite for what’s to come.

Finished. As said previously it was okay. No description really - or detailed, not plausible. However I did like the very end - the epilogue. The rest was average but the characters were good. I do realise the reason Yael is Balco and Jewish is because the author is. I’m assuming she writes what she knows. She did the characters well - very developed but the plot wasn’t good for me.

It’s okay. The romance plot itself is good. The description isn’t with us and it’s not plausible. Also when they got together they kept having sex for 4 chapters straight 🙄. Also why wouldn’t Ravi change his location on resume if he is changing time zones. And he is figuring it out because of the book she’s reading and she’s Jewish. I have no clue what to quote in this book.

It’s okay. The romance plot itself is good but the description isn’t there, now that Yael and Ravi are together they had sex every chapter for 4 chapters. It was weird. Also not plausible, the actions that slightly divert what would probably happen. Why wouldn’t Ravi change his location if he is in a different time zone now? And Ravi is figuring it out because of the book she’s reading and she’s Jewish?!

It is good. Kind of strange. Ik it’s a fiction book but a plot has to be somewhat plausible. The idea that Ravi just so happens to volunteer and work with Sanaa. Also where does he live? Told Yael he lives in NY but then how is he helping Yael. If he is in Portland, why has Yael not noticed if they both say it’s night at the same time?? Also I prefer more description and ig plausibility.

The book was very nice. It was strange, no clear plot but I liked how the two stories slowly intertwined. I also loved how Norma’s titles changed to Ruthie - while she may not know that name she had found people you loved her without her there. The characters were so well rounded and I could see how each bit of their lives affected the future. I’d love to see Mae or Ben or perhaps either parent’s POV.

It was good. I liked the premise, the powers, how Drayton worked and how time travel worked. The imagery was very good but I had a hard time imagining characters and their looks, in addition some weren’t developed. It may have been my reading but I can’t remember what significance most of them held. While the description was quite nice the pacing and how the story flowed was too fast and details washed over.

The book is good. However I find it too fast, I’m one for quick action but I find it’s going, well fast. You go from an earthquake that’s not explained to Ian’s death within 4 pages. Then Dante and Lennon run away because someone is after her? The plot point arnt explained well, why did the gate break, who is Alec (Ian’s advisor who just showed up as a Dante equivalent), why did the pair have to run away?

Thankfully the plot has picked up which is great. I like how while the protagonist is meant to be this great powerful person she can’t do it. I’m going guess it is a metal block of her confidence or strong morals which need to change - I believe she will have to persuade someone to save someone in these coming scenes after she is captured. It is very good. #LoveFelixTheGayFrank

While the book is description heavy, slightly confusing and need a bit more explanation. It’s good. Lennon is an interesting character, seen as weak - perhaps mentally obscured - wants more, but doesn’t think she can? I’m unsure about the last point. Her powers of persuasion are very strong but she needs more endurance. The school is very cool - the secrets will be interesting.

This is a thick book. Very dense in writing which will be tough. I’m starting it now but I hope when I actually read it in later spring I have more time to dedicate to the book to fully understand the story.

Good so far. It is evolving and I like Ashleigh, she is a bit silly and it is good to see Daphne (keep calling her Emma) improving her social skills. Miles is really sweet and seems like a good guys - he is secretive about his parents though so perhaps that will unfold later. The description is very good and it creates a very nice atmosphere.

Really good. I like Daphne and Miles is pretty funny. The descriptions is pretty good as well, the Winery was beautifully described and it is nice because it isn’t fully centred to the romance plot but also the character development of Daphne. She never relied on anything, her life changed and her husband provided, she now has to adapt to live well without his income or love.

Unsure if the page is right. But it is very good. The fight is interesting and not just bland. I like Demeter, I find her kind of funny with all her cereal and interactions in the House of Hades. I think Percy was valid to not trust Nico and be annoyed that he sold Percy to Hades which may have killed him. I also like how the fights aren’t the easiest even with the Achilles curse it’s very tactical.

I am really enjoying this book. Everything is so well written and easy to understand. The messages are clear and the anecdotes and explanations provide great ways to grasp the concepts. One thing I’ve noted is the boredom bit - habits get boring after a while, but professionals keep going even with boredom. I found my workouts boring so I kept trying to change them. I’ve just got to keep going. 😁

This book is very informative, as you would expect, and I like the stories, anecdotes even which show how these are put into action. While it may seem complicated and is a slow read due to the heavy information it is being soak in for me.

Good so far, it is really interesting. Zombie apocalypse in a militant setting, not my preferred and the story line was very up, down, up, down quite quickly for a while which I felt a bit odd. It’s a bit more steady now and it’s good. I like the zombie variations.

Surprisingly, even without a lot of action and no mystical creature, this romance book set around the Oregon trail is amazing. I find it hard to put the book down but I don’t this feeling of suspense like I had in ‘The End’ I just need to know what happens next. Love this so much. A pet peeve I do have is that Luke points a lot when referring to the baby, tone it down haha.
