I love the war drama fantasy I’m being fed.

The more of these books I read, the more of the mythos becomes burned into my skull.

This segment was crazy. Part 2 having that memory of Carl’s dad’s death and then ending on the reveal of the residuals being in place for a very long time to stop the dungeon is insane.

The terms Shardbearer and Voidbringer are such cool titles. Unlike being called an Airsick Lowlander.

Kinda crazy how there’s and in debt description of how he made love to a woman for the first time then immediately said, “I regretted every second of it”

This book is phenomenal and adds so much more depth to the world. Was not expecting to have a drug addiction subplot or dungeon strippers or even Mordecai raising dungeon children. I need more.

This book is different. I don’t feel as if it’s either good nor bad, but I do feel that it wants to be something more than it is. It’s a fun science fiction novel, but it won’t redefine the genre.

This book is leagues better than my previous cosmere entry. Kaladin is great and I’m loving his story. Shallan’s story is okay, I just find myself itching for more of Kaladin.

This book is more of a thriller than the first book, which is okay, but I’m starting to miss the horror of book 1

This is a relatively weird book. Ian Malcolm was my favorite character in book 1 and in the movies, but his death being undone feels irrational. Despite that I am enjoying this book.

This book is like crack

We’re so close to being over. This book is making me neglect Carl & Donut’s zany adventures.

This book is insufferable

The fact that destroying dinosaur bones was something that led to the Watergate scandal is crazy.

This fellas with the sword sounds kinda badass

In 20 chapters I worried that Carl was going to get someone killed, worried about Donut’s mental stability, and pondered the ethics of being a corporate spy after starring on Jerry Springer.

This is just military propaganda

Two things this book has told me are that Norm may have been a terrible man who drugged his friends and Norm may have been an alcoholic who constantly drank Wild Turkey 101. Hard to tell when he’s telling the truth, except when he threatened to rape a man and got murdered by Sarah Silverman.

Ngl this book is such a pick up from Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook. I don’t want to stop reading, but the book club demands it.

The lighthouse keeper may be my favorite perspective this entire series. He’s just a man living his life and trying to do right by others.
