Oh this is so good! But sometimes getting into someone's internal monologue is exhausting, I need to take a break often.

You know that I could finish the last 50 pages in one go. But I kinda want to be sad with this book. Who else am I going to be sad with?

Now I understand why people thinks this is some kind of feelings only with nothing going on. Half way through the book in and I feel... so, what's really happening here? But it still really nice getting lost in Ann Patchett's writing

Loving it!

Unexpectedly enjoyable. The short chapters keep me going, and the writing is like a very fine intimate journalism.

The last part feels so dense, I don't know why

It isn't what I expected to be but I read this fairly quick. So wintering it is..

A lot of reviews reveal there will be some big cry in the end.

And I'm turning the remaining pages with suspense.

I'm three books behind my reading challenge, but frankly this book is too good it should be on everyone reading challenge list. Doesn't matter is you're falling behind because 800++ pages is no joke. This book will make you falling in love with reading all over again.

Honestly this feels flat. Not what I expected from winner of last year good reads fiction. I wish I can love Sadie, Sam and Marx, but there seems to be a distance between them and the readers.

Can't believe I go this far... This starting to feel a bit dragging, but it's almost the end and after another 200 pages or so, and I won't be with Lenu's head no more (unless I reread this tetralogy). Man, adulting is hard for Lenu.

Life is complicated, the neighborhood is such a mess :(

So good! Five stars all the way and I'm preparing myself for a heart wrenching ending.
