Book Doom > Recent Status Updates

I just finished Count of Monte Cristo, so the difference in writing style and tone is stark when reading this immediately after. It’s throwing me off a bit. It’s making this feel….immature? This is a great blueprint for what Project Hail Mary would eventually do, I can see similar beats in this. There is humor and action, so far so good, but again, just a bit…pedestrian when compared to Monte Cristo.
