I’ve got about 30 pages left and I can’t possibly imagine how this ends

Chapter 62 contains a great example of one of my favorite things that Stephen King does. He tells you the terrible thing that’s about to happen, he shows you how it plays out, and then he hands you the ending on a one-sentence silver platter. “And they never saw him again.” No mystery there! It’s such a satisfying and definitive way of telling a story, and King does it so well.

This one character is dead, and I thought I would care, but I really don’t lol.

I think I gasped a few times reading this section.

There is so much happening and I don’t think it’s gonna stop until the book’s over, I’m afraid.

This chapter gave me some more info about a character I’ve only heard once about, and I was very intrigued. Pretty interesting section, and I’m not through with it yet. Happy to see how some things are connecting finally.
