Murakami’s writing is slow to read for me, but deeply immersive. What makes his work unique is that his stories aren’t predictable, yet they remain narratively captivating in a way that draws you fully into their world. They offer a fresh perspective, allowing you to see things differently.

It was actually kind of a charmer. Some of the stories felt like they were written just to help you slow down and notice the small, easily missed parts of life. But honestly, some parts were just boring. Like, they felt forced—like they were there just to fill space, not because they had anything real to say.
