It's cozy but if there is one thing that annoys me is when female character is like "i just want to be alone, i'm not good with people, why are you nice to me"

Confused. It's a normal book, nothing happens, not scary and then the dude gets tortured and then back to normal.
I dont really enjoy it because it doesnt per se have tension, it just has these cruel chapters every now and then.

The paperback copy i have has such a pretty cover with the cats, the stars, the moon phases and the zodiacs. The description on the back sounds so dreamy and beautiful, couldn't resist buying it. So hyped

I have no clue what's going on and nothing happened yet but this story makes me feel uneasy, which i think is good in a horror book.

I appreciate the spice picking up.

Not gonna lie, the book was super slow, but it picked up the last 80 pages and I am here for the dreamy description of the land and the spicy tension
