Love the pacing of this book!

This book started quickly and has kept me interested from the start. Can’t wait to see how this all unfolds.

Such a great story already. Very heartfelt…shows the good side of humanity. And I can’t wait to figure out what his secret is.

Listening to the audiobook for this book club pick. It’s slow at first and then it picks up. Sometimes it gets a bit hard to follows which character we are following, because it jumps from one to another with no indication. All in all it’s interesting.

The Mirror chapter really resonated with me. Loved how she described the body’s fight or flight response and the difference in how we process memories vs traumatic memories.

Heartfelt and emotional

I can’t put it down but I need to get some sleep.
