The book is really incited up. It has given so many options of styles of deep work that may work for you life. I am a rhythmic worker which means do best when I schedule the same block every day to get my deep work done. The exa,ple in the book was working by 5am and then finished by 7:30 to get to his 9-5. This is not only doable but necessary. Get in a routine start it the same way, drink coffee eat something work
