I will likely revisit this some day as part of a re-read and curious how I feel. This is a well made comic book by two professionals that left me cold. I’ve seen them do this before and there was no emotional hook to make this stand out over something like The Authority or The Manhattan Projects.

I LOVED a huge portion of the book. Then the arcs of Jewish mysticism took over. The first story I still connected to because of the characters, even though I didn’t understand the mythology and the story often confused me. The second was completely over by my head and bummed me out.
