This is defs a 4-5 star read. Good plot, dropped jaw at one point, MMC that’s 👀, “touch her and you die” vibes, one bed and one horse trope, just *chefs kiss*. Really enjoying this. And NO SPICE YET. FINALLY. Like yes, sometimes you’re like GO GO GO, but really this book could’ve fizzled out if spice happened too soon. Great read so far!!

This is almost too against the grain for me. I’ll probs finish it or at least read it more just to see how it will possibly play out. But I’m almost like ? about it. Like this just seems like *a lot*. Aggression, characters, possible plots, etc. We’ll see. Maybe it’ll be good. 3 stars for now.

This is definitely a different read than the usual. Trying to ignore that the main characters are 18/19ish, not relatable for me as a reader personally, but still interesting and well-written. Listening on Libby, the narrator is actually really good too, which is a W.

Okay the push/pull of their relationship is good. But jeez Louise, I could’ve waited a little longer for that kind of spice within the first couple chapters. Plot is intriguing. But it also seems like it’ll be kinda predictable

I love this author sm. I love a plot twist I didn’t see coming like that. I had a vague inclination, but it’s always a lil fun surprise with C.N Crawford 😌

Book is getting MORE intriguing. I love the push and pull of the main characters. Sides are also giving *supportive* and interesting. Really feeling for the FMC, ugh poor girl

Slow start, but it’s just gotten to be interesting. A shared saddle 😩🫡 We shall see how this pans out. Initially was hard to get into, but it’s an easier read now that I have all the background info.

Interesting so far, I’m intrigued to see what the plot will become and the FMC’s fate. Very early into the book, but I think the MMC will arrive in the next chapter 😌

Listening on Audible—This narrator’s voice is driving me up a wall. I shall suffer through it, the story is really good. Nice plot, interesting world. I think this is defs an enemies to lovers, but we are still enemies rn (chapter 16, 8hr 25 mins left). Enjoying it so far.

MMC has a lot of promise, FMC is fine personality-wise but she is a fighter, side characters are supportive and add to the plot. Unsure of what the point is of this book. So far it’s just been an arranged marriage and travel back to the MMC’s castle…Idk what the interesting part of this book is. Spice is fine. Wish it would’ve had a slow burn for that, so meh. 3 stars so far.

Okay the FMC kinda ticked me off around 78% of the book tbh. I was like okay ruiner of everything 😒 But things are turning around. The royals are also like meh to me at this point. I vibe with the dragons a lot. They are always sound of mind and choices are made well because of what they say.

The MMC’s possessiveness >>>. I’m eating this UP.
