I just can't continue. I love the story and the writing but it just to violent for me. And also how am I only 11%!!!!!

I didnt want to read this. Nothing about a million-dollar, mean, man-hore is appealing. But 3 of my fav book reviews gave it 5 stars. So far I hate it, but end of chapter 3 was slightly amusing so maybe there's hope.

Why did I start this? Why!!! It's 706 pages!!!!!

Not going to lie but I dont remember the first book in this series and I skipped the second bc of the reviews. This one started a bit slow but man we have been escalating for at least the last 40% now. Tally kicks ass.

Ok for the first 35% I wanted to murder all the men in this book including the main love interest. Now though everything has picked up and Gage is less of a pompous ass.

This is surprisingly a pretty good story.

The author really knows how to create a world. The whole funeral rights and religion so cool. I got teary.

I think it will be a good one. Gods the Mother is horrible.

Ah, but to be back with the Paladins and the Temple of the Rat.

Well they've met but so far not sure I'm invested yet.

Finally! I think we are off for an adventure.
