The range of stars from GoodReads friends 2.5 to 5. That compelled my curiosity.

Hey friends! What’s next?

In The Roses Of Pieria (Anna Burke)
Margin of Error (Rachel Lacey)
The Girl Who Bit Me (Valerie Hunter)

Wait. I’m sorry. Back the [explicit] up. Did I just read that right? No. My brain didn’t process that correctly. Let me read that again. Yeah. I did. Oh Kat…what have you done. 😩

Someone throw a bucket of ice over my head. She repeats thru her lust and thrust…
“You’re Mine.”

I’ve fallen and can’t get up. Mercy. 💯🔥

A sex party of friends and two virgins
Seven consecutive chapters of spicey sapphic sex
Someone needs to rein Katherine (oh Goddess, another Katherine) in.
Endless "this will never work" monologues

(An internal whisper to myself)
'Patience, darling, 4pm (US EST time) will arrive, and Nicola and Geeta will be waiting for you to join in their conclusion....'

*sigh*

...alas, i've made it to the final Oxford Book...

How is one to work today when their thoughts are elsewhere. Ridiculously unprofessional. Get it together. Shoulders back, suit on, meticulous crisp. There. I’m ready…So unconvinced.

“Yeah well,” she deadpanned, “I’m emotionally stunted, not dead.”

Mercy. I adore the melting of an Ice Queen.

Up at 4:30am continuing my reading strategizing how I can find time at work to continue the Sol and Lenora pull…

With the temperate a frigid 15 degrees, what better way to raise the temp then to read a Lee Winter book! Here.We.Go. 🔥💯👌🏼

When your at the gym and all you can think about is how to place words into sentences for your review…

“Her old friend joined Olivia & walked out the door. An unexpected sight leaving Millie feeling as desolate as years before. The whole evening seemed a cruel reminder of what they’d had, and what she’d lost. …”

Hooked. Pulled. Gentle ache. I’m ready.

Lenora Graves didn’t just enter a room. She fucking owned it.

Listen - there is only one Neve Blackthorne!

I suspect I’m going to be wrecked.

Crash took a deep breath and held it for a moment. “I think I’m ready for something new. It doesn’t need to be a white picket fence kind of commitment, but I want more than a one night stand. And I want it with you.” (P.127)

PING

Slowly, Crash opened the door. A part of her waited for Jill to call her back, but, of course, it didn’t happen. The door closing between them sounded very final.

There’s the first tug.
