I’m immersed. It’s all I thought about all day. WTF is left of this women’s sanity and how will she come back from it all. I actually thought the dissociation played a role in this. Like “click” another personality emerged and now Kat is tucked away in the depths of her personality. A very common trait in trauma but that seemed to go out the window when she was aware of her choices. The stars are rising, the story and characters have much more depth now. I’m ready to get on with the last book! 💯
