At this point in the book Andy starts as the office outcast. At first her co-worker Emily would mock her, but Andy found ways to fit in and her and Emily start to become friends. However the work Andy has to do for Miranda is taking most of her life which causes problems in her relationship. "Hey, did you forget July sixteenth" (256). Andy now is struggling to decide if life, or work is more important.

The Devil Wear Prada is a book that has a movie inspired by it. So far Andy Sachs, the main character, is looking for a journalism job. She winds up being the assistant for famous designer Miranda Priestly, however she know little about fashion. Maranda is very particular, she says "Now, wasting all that time, may we begin"(80). Anna is struggling to stand out while also impressing Maranda to achieve her dream.

Bess, Joni, and Evangeline are all best friend's who just graduated highschool and decided to go to Greece. During this section of the book the reader discovers that Bess and Joni are starting to dislike Evangeline which lead to the friends being seperated, which was also caused by Bess and Evangeline's brother which made Evangeline react weird. "The truth was that Evangeline was too drunk to feel much anything."

This books starts by introducing main character Bess. Bess's mom is moving her family to Calabasas where Bess meets her new best friend Joni. The book is a slower pace but has very detailed context. Bess is describing her friend Freya's lifestyles, "a former model who watched TV from her cream Alaskan king bed most afternoons." (Berman 41). This quote shows how Berman describes many details to bring the book to life.

This book is an amazing book to read for those who need a fast pace book. Its based on a true crime case. The book continues to you on your toes. In this section the reader finds out who did the murders. This book is also about giving the victims a voice. Before the trial Pamela says "I felt like I could breathe again. I was still going to testify."(323). Pamela and her friends want to bring justice to the victims.

This book gets really intense and straight to the point. It is very fast pace and because its about a real case, I believe it gives the victim's a spotlight and justice for the case. This is a quote from Tina describing how the case of her friend doesn't make any sense. "She went missing a year ago. Her body was found a month later." Tina is now working with Pamela to get justice for their friends.

This book is very compelling. At first I believed that this book would be a little obvious to who did the murder. Instead I'm left confused and excited to read more. A quote that describes the text best is " Frances touched me on the shoulder. 'Don't go yet, Ruth. I have something for you." (page 89). This quote describes an interaction between Tina and Frances who are the victim's friends. It shows Frances's oddness
