Visualize: In my book there is a scene where the main character is getting bullied and I was able to really visualize and feel the scene. I felt almost like a anger and a feeling of being annoyed. This was how I was able to visualize a scene from my book.

Text to world: Middle school can be hard and scared when your first going into it. One thing that is real to the world is how big the people in 7th and 8th grade feel when you're in 6th grade. This is how the book connects to the world.

characterization: Ganke is Miles best friend. Ganke is the more smarter and nerdy character who tries to hype up Miles. "It's a sijo". "Some kind of Korean poetry."

Antagonist: The Antagonist right now in My book is Miles Morales himself. I say this because the people around him want him to be Spider Man be he does not want to anymore. In the page 42 Miles states "I'm done" saying he is done being Spider Man

Setting: The setting of this book is New York speciftly Brooklyn, New York. The time of this book is modern time. One scene in this book is on the subway in nighttime where Miles and Ganke watch the subway performers.

Static vs dynamic characters: The one character in my book that is dynamic is Miles Morales. I know he is dynamic because he is the main character and goes through conflict. One piece of evidence I have that he is the main character is that the book is named after him.

Conflict: The conflict Miles Morales is going through right now is with him self. His powers are not acting the same and he wants to focus on his school life and wants to leave his superhero life. "Miles Morales is spider man... Not anymore." Miles Morales replied.

Predictions: In my book currently Miles and his friend Ganke are in their school dorm after getting into a fight at the basketball court. I think the next few pages are just going to be Miles living a normal student life, until something gets Miles attention and he has to turn into spiderman. I think he will get into a big fight and we can see how experienced and good Miles is as spiderman.

Point of view: The point of view of this book is 1st person narrator. I know this because I don't know any other peoples thoughts besides miles. Another piece of evidence to support my claim is that miles does not know anything he hasn't heard or seen.

Protagonist: The protagonist of this book is Miles Morales who is a 16 year old boy with super powers. " Perhaps, for a kid like him, being a super hero had an expiration date." This shows how it is going to be hard for a kid like him to have super powers.

GENRE: The GENRE is humor,fiction, and comics. Todays topic is what is the genre of of your book. I know dog man is all those topics because there is no way a human can have a dog head, it is really funny, and the book is made and read like a comic. These are the genres of dog man

In the part I'm reading dog man becomes cat man to get back into the police force. Then peteys grandpa breaks out of prison. He lastly puts on the motor brain helmet and becomes Luker.
