James Bond style assignments for Eve. Fast paced too and now Eve is getting involved! Very descriptive book for each scene which I have mixed feelings about. But enjoying it and an easy read!

Oksana trained up to be an assassin, picks her new name Vilanelle and kills her first targets. She is a force not to be messed with ☠️

Loved the TV series so let’s give the book a go! Don’t remember too much which is good. Already learning about Villanelle, hoping her character is as good as the character in the film !

Lots of words I’ve not heard before / forgot the meaning so having to google a lot. But the Gatsby parties sound like a right bender! Like going back to the uni days, still not much happened yet though.

More complex in terms of the English used compared to most of the books I’ve read so far so having to focus on this one. Just met the characters, understanding the different backgrounds

Really enjoyed this book and loved the ending too. Wanted to keep reading which is always a good sign. Love the fast chapters and an easy read too. Enjoyed the president link up with White House references which I’m guessing are contributions from Bill. Would recommend!

Wow, I think I can see where this is going….

More evidence coming forward which is putting the First Gentleman in a bit of trouble. But I still have a feeling he is being framed!

Back and forth and it looks like it’s going to go the defendants way. I still feel Cole is being framed, but by who?

Part 3 - the trial begins! Suspicious that Burton Pearce might be behind it all. And the the First Gentleman may in fact be not guilty 🤔

The case is slowly building, still not too much evidence, but it all points at the First Gentleman. I still think there is a twist to come.

Part 2! Another murder, things are starting to get fishy with the First Gentleman but it seems a bit staged. Someone is trying to hide something!

Is it the First Gentleman who has employed Doohan? Or could it be the Italian?

Suzanne’s body has been found, dug up by a very drunk Herb, I don’t think we’ve met him yet.

Enjoying this book, keeps me wanting to read more and the short fast chapters are great too!

So many people involved now, still trying to work out why Suzzanes ex wants them to stop their book. Pearce from the White House calling them makes the First Gentleman seem even more suspicious. Where will this map take them to, the body?

Looks like there has been a murder! Someone’s trying to hide something.

The pressure is on, Garrett and Brea need to get the info on Cole quick and fast but it looks like they are being watched. President is busy with her new scheme and Cole the First Gentleman, being approached by a lady holding a picture of the person he supposedly murdered was interesting , his reaction seems suspicious. I think he did it or maybe the president. Easy read so far, enjoyable, still a lot can change!

Looks like the First Gentleman could be in a bit of trouble! Two authors trying to prove he murdered his girlfriend at college but will the power of presidency squash it and did he actually murder her? Interesting so far, enjoying it.

The Banyue people sound horrific but it was their preceptor that betrayed them? Who was the white clad lady? And what is San Lang. So many questions!

The quest continues and it looks like the merchant in the mud has recognised someone. There is evil within the group, but who is it?!

The book really does keep me guessing, who is good, who is evil?
