The book really does keep me guessing, who is good, who is evil?

At first I thought San Lang may be evil but now I’m not too sure. Maybe he will help find more to worship him. Although all the ghosts being scared off for no reason whatsoever is fishy.

The ghost groom seems to be a very tough opponent! Hidden amongst the brides but I feel it won’t be quite that easy to catch! Also the umbrella making more sense now and the soldiers have been found…dead! This monster must be a supreme.

All the different beasts in the mountains and the lost brides found dead. Ruoye seems to be a handing device but it looks like the beast has possessed someone but who is it?!

Can see why Xie has been a deity twice before with his kindness, the two juniors have a lot to learn. Death of another bride at the end of the chapter, now they need to find out what’s killing them all!

Xie has set out on his first task to earn merits to pay for his destruction on ascending. Can already start to see other deity’s who are with and against him ascending for the third time. Can feel the tension between them all despite them working together for the emperor. Looks like the mountain monsters could be an issue for this first task, so looking forward to seeing them in action.
