About to crash and now I’m crashing out!!!

Technically I only have three chapters left… but I have just about 100 pages left!!! Why can’t we have short chapters? I’m enjoying this book more than I thought I would, I’m glad I kept flipping pages.

Feeling an awful like this is a wolf version of Tamlin and Rhysand, but I love them both! I will continue my quest!! Can we have a why choose?

Becca is giving me scary vibes and Nora seems to be in shock 🫣 WTF is going on.

So far I love the writing style. It’s poetic and thoughtful in a way.

I already know this book is going to be a 5 star for me. Just waiting for the betrayal to come to light and then the inevitability of them forgiving one another.

Reading this feels like breathing in the crisp morning air in fall. It’s light and refreshing 🍁🍂

With that being said, the chemistry between Cliff and Michelle feels forced at times and Cliff is annoyingly optimistic- maybe I’m a Michelle. I seeing a potential parallel in Emily and Michelle’s relationship with their mothers.. so I can’t wait to see where that story takes us. So far 3.5/5 ✨

Chapter 1 for all intents and purposes was dialogue heavy. I felt like I couldn’t capture any emotion from either characters, which may have been the authors purpose. Being someone who likes to be caught by the story immediately, I’m having a hard time. I don’t have the urge to continue, but I always give books at least 100 pages! Here is to hoping the book becomes less dry and more descriptive.
