So the characters are in their mid twenties and still act 16. Then the lies of being overweight is “classist and racist” which have been disproven and makes it seem like POC are “naturally” fat. Then of course every guy pines over Ethel while everyone else is forgotten about. Seems like this is the authors personal dream.
