Okay I agree with some of the reviews. For a post apocalypse book, there is absolutely ZERO world building. Like if I wouldn't have known that from booktok beforehand, I don't think I would have known that's the setting. I'm also getting tired of "You okay?" "I'm fine." That's happened 50 times it feels already and I'm only on page 73. I hope it gets better because right now I'm on the fence.

A decent story, narrated well, but it feels a little cringe for how obsessed with virginity everyone is.

I think court of Ravens still holds strong over these but they are still good nonetheless. I'm not sure what i think of Vale as I liked Kael more.

I wish there was more slow burn/build up to the romance as it feels a little forced but the story and the "drop" are still really good!

Somehow it's making me disgusted 🤣 guess I don't do maggots or pus despite having worked in surgery for a few years. 🤷‍♀️

I'm so upset it's taking me so long to get through this because I am enjoying it. I just hit a reading slump along with being extremely busy but I'm hoping to finish soon. 10/10 recommend.

I wish it was written a little smoother but I really love the magic system and the world. If this was an adult novel and not somewhere between adult and YA, I think it'd be five stars for sure. Sitting at 4.5 for me right now so it's still good.

I'm kind of disappointed so far. I was hoping for a dark story with action and this is just smut 🤣 going to give it a chance still but definitely not what I was in the mood for at the moment. Guess I should read more thoroughly about what books are about before starting 🤷‍♀️

The writing style took a little bit to get used to but it's flowing more now for me.

It's a fun story. I'm not head over heels at this point but its still entertaining.

I guess I'm punishing myself by finally listening. I'm hardly into it and feyre and Rhys are already annoying me.

As much as it pains me, this book is repetitive and it's starting to drag. I keep thinking "get on with it already."
