I think I’m going to DNF. Throuples aren’t really my jam, Bow is the least interesting character ever, and the way Wells treats everyone is just kinda gross. Plus the second Bow called Wells daddy I booed out. Yuck.

Oh my goodness. Any time I get Kyran’s pov I lose a little more of my heart. Im a simp for broken boys who hide their trauma and lash out in their pain. Avi is amazing but also a golden retriever.

Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh this book. I don’t think I can finish. It’s so very very bad. The characters suck, the plot sucks, the humor is painfully not funny, and I don’t even know what to say about the skeevy sex scenes.

Over 1/4 of the way through and the MCs aren’t even close to meeting. I don’t think the third book in a series needs this much world building a s backstory.

Okay, it’s getting good. The gameplay bits can get tedious, but the voice acting is top tier and the plot is picking up.

Man is this book long. So dang much world building (I know, it’s necessary but, it’s like the first 25% of the book). It better pick up soon. Excellent voice acting is the only reason I haven’t DNFed.

This is what I hate about romcoms. The FMC has dark hair, but dyes her tips bright colors. She changes the colors almost daily. She gets her tongue pierced impulsively. Real people don’t do stupid shit like this. Hair dyes, especially bright colors, don’t work like this. I find this so distracting. If it weren’t for the text convos I’d quit already

Ooh Jax is such a prick. He publicly humiliates Juliet then does a 180 when she believes he’s exactly what he’s showing her he is.

These two are so annoying. They fight, withhold, miscommunicate then have sex for five chapters. I don’t mind smut, but try to intersperse some plot between the graphic sex scenes, yeah?

What the heck am I reading? Not one thing makes sense and it’s all happening at breakneck pace. It’s been less than a day and we’re already deep into The Stand/walking dead territory. The SA scene was repulsive and now Rosie is dreaming of the big strong convict her dad sent? Insanity

Man I hate this so much. So goddamn stupid. I hate romcoms, especially when characters do things no real person would do. It makes no sense for Evie to volunteer to have sex with any random person, and for her to be surprised that Tristan doesn’t like it is even stupider. All this one bed BS is making me stabby. Hate Hate Hate this.

This book just goes on and on. I like the premise but I’m really over the Batman level villainy of The Timekeeper. This should have ended 50 pages ago.
