It’s great to explain people like me to others

I might be both subsets because this book really describes adhd well and the stuff I deal with daily

Good I’m hoping by the end of this book I can stop letting my emotions when, it’s ruined many close relationships when I just let my emotions go off the rails and hopefully I can have better connections. I know I don’t have an ego, but I do let things said about me get to me because I feel the exact same way. I just want to stop doing that and love myself. I pray that this book can at least help it.

I’m reading because my ADHD seems like a problem to everyone close to me and I want to learn about it and how to use it to my advantage

I can’t listen to audio books on Spotify for 19 days and this was lowkey scaring me and getting good, so I’m probably gonna have trouble sleeping. But the 47% I got in was nice
