Chapter 12. Deedee seems very suspicious in this chapter with her insistence on being on the scene of the new second murder and her sleep walking.

Chapter 12. Digital boundaries. This chapter was about having boundaries concerning smartphones mostly. Did I agree with it? In some ways yes and some ways no. I do not have to make a decision about digital boundaries for my children as they are grown. For my grandkids, I just have to abide by what their parents have decided. For myself, I am not concerned about digital boundaries. I use my smartphone ok.

Chapter 11. Boundaries at Work. It talks about how work is work and our life and relationships are separate. Work is not meant to fill our relationship bucket. At work, we need to be adults doing the job. Finding the work that suits us and where we can share our talents is vital.

Chapter 11. I like the inspector. They found his car and he wiggled his way out of being suspected of leaving it on the road. The place where he is staying and Mrs G is interesting and creepy. Then there’s the mystery of the picture…is that his dad in the pic? I think so

Chapter 10. Young Damnish is the prime suspect for the thefts in the tea but not for the murder according to the Inspector. Deedee is smitten with young Danish. Cute.

Chapter 13. Well the tea room is back open and everyone is receptive to it. Yay! Elaine tries to buy the sugar bowl that Jan bought for her. Cute. And the mystery of the picture from her house with Murphy on it continues along with how the Senna got into the tea.

Chapter 14. It’s looking good for Palmer and Josie except for her job search. That is still an element that could derail them. And what’s up with Jack? He just saw Josie’s mom and froze…does he know her or is he in love at first sight?

Chapter 12. Interesting…a picture found with Murphy in it. Senna found in the toxicology report…not poisonous but not an expected tea ingredient that can cause nausea.

Chapter 13. Josie quit her job! And Palmer changed his plans to be with her longer when he returns and spend Christmas with her. Things are looking up for this couple!

Chapter 10. This was about children and boundaries. It was ok. I disagree with the writer’s heavy reliance on counseling in order to practice effective parenting and boundaries.

Chapter 9. An afternoon at the pub. Getting more of a taste of the local scene.

Chapter 8. Grasby finds out where he is staying. His landlady is interesting and dark. There’s a picture in his room of three people, one of which looks like his dad… There are alluding to more blood to be spilt.

Chapter 12. Palmer and Jack see Josie at the restaurant. Very clear that Josie is thrilled they are there.

Chapter11. Jan and Bobs date. Meeting the goat, its owner, and his wife. Sounds really cute and unexpected. Didn’t really solve any of the mystery but added some flavor to the story.

Chapter 7. Very short. Just contacting the police station and making arrangements for the body. Grasby is suspecting foul play. He inspects the body for broken bones. He says the expression on the man’s face shows he died I great pain.

Chapter 6. Fun! They have made it to Holly House and found the body! It fell out of the chimney into the fireplace! Whoa!

Chapter 11. So good! I’m loving Jack’s character! He is so funny! And surprising! Looks like Jack and Palmer will be visiting Josie soon! Yay!

Chapter 10. Oh my! Jan is ina pickle…out on her date and then Bob licked his keys in the car and they had to walk through the snow to a nearby farmhouse. I feel her on that! I’ve been delivering in the snow for the last couple of days! And why is Clara staying in town? Does it have something to do with the soon to open new tea house?

Chapter 9. This was on boundaries in marriage. This was a good chapter with good, relatable examples. I especially liked how he outlined the boundaries of power. I liked how he explained about getting in touch with our feelings about situations and sharing that with our spouses.

Chapter 5. More characters are introduced. The Inspector now has an assistant…Deedee from America. I like hearing the British judgment of America. It’s funny to me.

Chapter 10. So good! I was right! Chef Anton is a jerk. Things are looking good for Palmer! Josie is NOT happy in Seattle. She’s being worked to death.

Chapter 9. Intrigue builds as Jan visits with the lodge keeper where Clara is staying. She’s got something interesting to tell her…in the next chapter.

I like Inspector Grasby and his take on what he is observing. The characters that are introducing themselves in this chapter are adding a lot of color and depth to the story. Chapter 4.

Not really digging it. I do not agree with some of the concepts set forth in Chapter 8 so I am doubting the writers wisdom on boundaries. It seems to be over complicating things and making some harsh statements and grounding them as truths but I differ in my opinion especially concerning family and friends.

Chapter 8. Palmer is missing Josie. They’ve been texting and calling but the frequency is diminished and Josie is working a lot. Then he sees her FB picture with Chef Anton. I still think their relationship is not romantic.

Chapter 8. Another element added to the mystery. Earl Grey got in and some teas were overturned the night before the incident.

I really like the main character. He’s very interesting and resourceful.

Chapter 8. Well, Josie is off to Seattle. She is sure there will be nothing between her and Chef Anton and Palmer is sure of the opposite. I think Chef Anton is going to be a jerk, but we will see.

Chapter 7. We discover the link between Irene and Scott, the odd couple from out of town that seem suspicious. They are connected with the new tea room that bought some land nearby. Hmmm.
