I can’t decide if this book is actually beneficial or if it’s forcing me to think and operate on the same spectrum as the men she’s criticizing. I know it’s meant to be like a self help book to navigate through relationships with toxic men but I can’t help but feel like it’s making me feel like I have to be just like the toxic men I’m trying to avoid.
