Sigh. The way the author portrays herself has got to be some kind of joke. It’s infuriating me enough that I might post my first full review here on GR.

To me, it's just a little too convenient that whenever something goes wrong, it's never her fault and she also knew it was going to go wrong anyways. The inner workings of Facebook and its evolving priorities and considerations in the 2010s is interesting, but the way the author portrays herself as some relentlessly kindhearted hero that no one listens to keeps making me roll my eyes....

Loooove a clever epigraph, especially with a tie-in to the title. So far, it’s okay. The intense naivety and benevolence the author relentlessly depicts herself as having is bit sus, but sure. Let’s see where that goes.

Everett’s writing is so good I just had to put the book down and go for a walk.

The first couple of chapters have already made it abundantly clear why it receives the praise it does.
