It's just, so juvenile. Where is the danger? The risk? The stakes? After discovering betrayal and this guy is like "let's sit and chat". Like what? I'm sure there will be a scene where he is "done playing nice" and they'll fight blah blah

Oh, Maude just finds Sibyl, releases her, and then they go save Rory who is just unguarded and alive? The Benji comes, pretends all is well to Edora, and then just let's all of them go? Lolllll whaaattt is this nonsense.

Sevro's ma & da can't be the only ones, and that was off page and inexperienced by the reader.
