Loved everythinnnggg but the ending 🙄 uh

I want to love this but I have not found this to be helpful long term. Maybe unfair to say since I haven’t finished it yet but there’s, what to me, feels like an over emphasis on the child that breeds a culture of “me”

Okay 2026 might be the year of YA books 🤣 so uncomplicated, so fun, so nostalgic 😭

The summer going into 8th grade I must’ve consumed every single one of Sarahs books. I didn’t realize she had released new ones since then, I forgot how much I loved the way she captures the teenage girl heart. This was such a fun, cute, nostalgic read I felt like I was 17 again.

My favorite thing about Freida is she’s basically a palate cleanser. There is not a time she has not pulled me out of a rut, the twists the turns the speed of the plot. 10/10

This is currently a drag and put me in a month long book slump. 😭

I can tell this one is going to shatter me into a million pieces 🫠

Oh my gosh this is so surprisingly ENGAGING and thought provoking. I usually have to take my time through this genre but this is so enjoyable. Adding every Malcolm book to tbr. 🤩

I have never read from the pov of more unlikeable main characters lol but I’m still hooked while simultaneously ready for it to be done???
