After three years of waiting for this book, how can we be this far into the story and still be dealing with a miscommunication trope and zero character growth? Diem has so much potential, but not learning from the exact same mistakes is exhausting. Luther deserves better.

Dnf’d at 25%. There was potential but the writing isn’t consistent. You can tell pretty early. I’m at the dialogue is awkward but I gave it a good amount of time to straighten out, but it’s only gotten worse.

So far I’m confused at the good reviews….

The audacity of this book to emotionally rearrange me like this??

A great book for a long flight. I had a few moments early on where I thought the story was a bit predictable, and the dialogue wasn’t as strong, and then it kept surprising me and course correcting, and the storytelling got better and more detailed the further you went on. Ending was great.

I thought Rewind it Back was the perfect ending to the series, but I was wrong - this was. I think I’m legitimately going to miss these people.
