Huck 😮‍💨

This book was 5 stars until 65% where it lost its steam and now I am kinda over it and wanna read something else 😬

It’s 1:30pm I gotta go to bed but I will sleep angry that I had to stop

This is so unexpectedly formulaic that I expect a twist will happen but I also feel crazy trying to find a reasons why this is so unexpectedly expected.
Like this cannot be it. I refuse to believe this is the story and this is the romance arc. 🕯️Tragedy must strike🕯️

4.5 star prediction 🤭✨

I feel a 5 star read in my future!!!! The cards have willed it!! The stars have sang it!!! It is prophesied!! 🙏🏾🙌🏾✨💫
(can you tell it’s 2am and I am only stopping because I have sleep lol)

✅ full speed to acrash landing - 4.5 stars
✅ how to steal a galaxy - 5 stars

➡️ last chance to save the world

✅ full speed to a crash landing - 5 stars

➡️ how to steal a galaxy - up next

two thoughts:
1. having an amazing time and don't want to stop reading but life gets in the way
2. i did a deep dive on the author they seem not to exist on the internet and worries me because in the year of our lord 2026 i need evidence that you are a real person...

clawing my way out of my reading slump. i need this to deliver or i will kms

right.... a spice scene... with the guy who hates being in love with you... right.........

if a guy hates having feelings for you… please see the light and stop going back to him 🫠

I have 6 arcs i am meant to be reading but I’m exhausted from life so I am going to ignore them all and hang out with my bestie DS George Cross.

im not sure im having a good time. the fmc is pissing me off.

mum I’m scared 🫣

I have laughed. I have cringed. I have contemplated DNFing. And now I’m 50% in and I need to sleep.😴
I hope things look up tomorrow. 🫣

Happy release day!! After back to back DNFs I am having a great time!!! 💃

this book is so fun to read but fmc is so dumb that you get caught up in her bullshit and need to see what shenanigans she’s gonna pull next in the name of her sister or fear of love.

One of my favourite tropes is a blacksmith fmc!! I am so seated for this!

Its midnight. It’s 20 degrees celsius (70F). The ceiling fan is on high. I have 100 pages left. And I’m sweating not from heat but from what is to come…
Nothing good is going to happen in the next 100 pages. I’m going to bed so I can read the rest in the daylight so when I inevitably sob my eyes out, the sun will help sooth my spirit when the depression sets in.

okay I've slept on it and I've prayed on it and I have decided that if I still kinda don't give a shit about anything by Chapter 21 (page 324) I will dnf 🫠😞

I need a break from Katabasis. Let me read an arc that I know I will love 😌

Not to be a bitch but Alice kinda sucks.
I’m trying to be a cool girl who doesn’t mind that the main character is unlikable as long the book is good but Alice is so unlikable idk if I can ignore that or accept her as she is.
I am 40% in. I have 5hrs left in the audiobook. I will survive this.

Alice is so American 🤢

I need to finish this book. If i tell the internet than maybe I’ll hold myself accountable and do it in a reasonable time.
