I got this in the mail today and it’s a roller coaster.

Got this book last night from a friend, starting reading it tonight and I’m already on page 74. I wish it was the weekend all over again so I could spend the whole day reading this book!

Oh this book is starting to get so sad 😞

Another book I had on my bookshelf that I’ve never read. I think I’ve hesitated due to the heavy subject matter (Alzheimer’s). I was going to hit up the Chaska Library, but with it being “cozy up and read” weather, I had to “shop” at home.

That being said, the book is good thus far. It has some strange coincidental similarities to some of the characters from The Vanishing Half.

I’m hooked on this book. 😊

Woot woot… onto book #2 of 2026. I’ve had this one for like 3-4 years and have never read it.

So far the book is an easy read, but it’s not my favorite. I feel like I should related the main character more than I do. The writing style doesn’t feel “it” to me, but I think the overall plot is a great concept.
