I'm liking this one more than I expected

It's losing me now the focus on different character relationships is great, but I feel like it has little purpose at this point and I'm not discovering anything new about the characters through their interactions.

Very good hook. The following scenes of Saint's memories of Patch and her interest in the case is done in a way that endears you to their relationship and helps you understand both of their personalities

The ending scene was ok. It felt too convenient. I also think the jump from the last chaoter to the epilogue was very abrupt.

The plot development is interesting, but at the same time I think the story was being bogged down before. It's going a little more smoothly now, but there's an increase in repetition of ideas that I don't really like right now
