I’m starting to see phrases reused twice on the same page. If this continues I’m going to be annoyed.
This better not be another overhyped book.

Ok it’s getting a bit interesting now. Finally.

Look, I love a lyrically descriptive story.
But the whole book doesn’t need it!

Also MC attitude of sassy girl is getting real old.
Struggling to keep reading.

It’s got a touch of ToG, Fourth Wing, How to train your dragon and a splash of CC happening.
Heavy on the vengeful hero, who just so happens to be an amazing assassin with tragic backstory, probably a chosen one or secret magic powers trope too. I smell a touch of Sanderson.
Wasn’t there a hatching moon on Doctor Who?
I want to like this. But so far I’m picking what’s going to happen next way to easily.

This final book has been pretty dry so far, and to be honest I’m having trouble teasing apart who is who because there’s now about three Anne’s, four or five Katheryn’s, a couple of Edward’s, a few Henry’s because everyone called there son after the King.
