Heavy on the vengeful hero, who just so happens to be an amazing assassin with tragic backstory, probably a chosen one or secret magic powers trope too. I smell a touch of Sanderson.
Wasn’t there a hatching moon on Doctor Who?
I want to like this. But so far I’m picking what’s going to happen next way to easily.
