Totally enamoured with Heart the Lover. Seems like people don’t love the previous book in the series quite as much, but I’m keen to try it.

This book is beautifully hypnotic, and for me that means a very potent sedative. I keep rereading from, and falling asleep in, the middle. Tempted to DNF but determined to carve out some time when I’m alert to finish the damn thing and get it off my reading list!
