Now listen,the books alright but it’s slow and kind of boring compared to the first 3 in my opinion,idk I’m not a big fan of age gaps so that’s on me i guess

Mann,we’re in the arena now,i know it’s obvious the book would have more detail but getting to read kaatniss’s inner monologue is so cool and really just makes me love her even more as a character

As someone who HEAVILY enjoyed the movies,I’m very excited to read all the books but,Woah, we’re only on chapter 7 and already there’s soo many more details,learning about the Avox characters,and getting way more interactions between Katniss and Peeta AND fully getting katniss’s perspective and thoughts on everything,ah man it’s awesome!!

Omg so much has happened GOD HOW I LOVE RYAN PRICE that my Shayla and they have such a good dynamic(him and Fabian) Fabian is so outgoing it brings it out in Ryan and Fabian picks up on all the little habits and quirks Ryan has oh i love this book and I’m sad it’ll be over soon 💔

Talking about Ryan’s anxiety omg I feel devastated reading his thoughts about himself it really shows how awful anxiety is and how it takes over more than just your brain

Ok so who stalked me and then wrote Ryan Price?!? His anxiety subtle or not is written so well,and Fabian’s whole friend group knowing exactly what needs to happen between him and Ryan hehe I’m so excited

Literally knew nothing about this book going into it,apart from I know that Ilya shows up at some point but I’m enjoying it so far (side rant Ryan price is possibly the most relatable character ever he is me i am him,the chapter about the plane ride,I’ve never felt so understood in my life)

Ahh,these fuckers need to sort they’re shit out I can’t handle Shane lying to himself and Ilya fully realising how much he wants Shane when he can’t have him omfg 😭

Spectacular,10/10 the tension is driving me crazy nvm them,and Shane trying to convince himself everything be wants from Rozanov is just adrenaline (bitch please)
