Chapter 7 Devotion to God and Truth

Very interesting chapter discussing devoting and giving all thoughts to God

Leaving fixations on past, present, and future of self and only living in “always”

I believe I am still in this phase, enlightenment can start at any time. As long as one gives way of content for drama and fear.

Once we find that burn in our belly then we will want to devote everything for god

Chapter 6 Meditation

Meditation requires cleansing of the mind, dropping all desires and instead to exist with a total consciousness

That is, a mind that sees all things in oneness rather than seeing personal value

This allows one to meditate on a higher conscious, elevating thoughts and arising such that will benefit and enrich them

Chapter 5 Witnessing and Observing

A consciousness that observes situations without comment or action

One detaches themselves through observation and elevates themselves by connecting to a higher conscience

This conscience exists without pride, ego and instead coexists with the user

And thereby connecting spiritually to all that is aswell

Chapter 4 Subjectivity

All thoughts are subjective to its intrinsic core

Every thought can be reduced to its subconscious form

Believing in the idea to know rather than to be a knower

Ask even the basic question “Do I really exist?”

Ask with a subconscious “How do I exist? Who’s to say I really exist?”

As that is a subconscious that rejects all subjective thought

Chapter 3 Pathway of Mind
We learn to attach to our mind for subjective pleasures
Disable the mind to talk in idol spirit

Let go to receive enlightenment Spirituality begins from letting go of ego and seeing oneself as “Is”

This profusely changes how one sees the world when acknowledging the flaw mind

Also life becomes more enjoyable when thinking less as that thinking becomes knowingness

Chapter 2 Nature of Mind
We cling on to thoughts and beliefs claiming them as ours, attaching the self to these thoughts

Holding on to future, present, and replaying episodes to relive fragmented viewpoints

Although a conscience mind will begin to view realities without attachment

As pure truths

This realization of the flawed mind will begin the journey to enlightenment

Learning Chapter 1 Dissolution of Ego
Our ego is clouded in anger and guilt and holds on to negative emotions.
Start by recognizing the body as an it instead of me
Recognize its limitations and disassociate with it, devoting oneself willingly to god consciously and with honesty

Ego is the blockage of spiritual enlightenment

We block ourselves from ascending by clinging on to our ego out of fear or greed
