Is it so hard to do your research on guns before picking them to be in your book?! Glock’s do NOT have a safety switch! 🤦🏼‍♀️drives me crazy. Otherwise this book has been keeping my attention. I’m almost done with book 1.

I’m getting so bored/ annoyed with this book. The FMC is pretty much Sheldon from the big bang theory tv show. She is very to the point and literal. Also the author did her homework on rocks. The description of rocks In her book is verrrrry descriptive. Like how the scenery is in LOTR and food is in GOT. It’s just a lot and very boring. So close to dnf this book.

I’m kind of bored.. on ch 6. Narration is good just boring. Hope it picks up…

I have like 2.5 hours left in this book. Kind of afraid to finish it at work today 😭

Ohhh I’m gonna cry a lot in this book aren’t I?! And I’m only on ch 4.

I’m about half way through. It’s ok, not as funny as the wait with me series. But I also don’t care the main female narrator. She does a good accent I just don’t care for it.

It’s losing me. They’re are new characters/ players introduced and feels out of left field.

This is good. Joe Arden is...very good at narrating.

I’m 3 hours in. Narrator is good and story pulls you in. All kinds of magical creatures in this world. So I can see how there’s so many books. Liking it so far!

I'm about 3hrs in. If you like Dresden than you will prob like this book too. The magic seems cool and is not overly explained.
