I am enjoying it so far, but I have some issues with the writing style which are impairing the fun reading experience

The setting is a fantasy fae land with magical animals but the author uses Earth animals for comparison (like a hippo sat on my chest). Also please, "rump" is used for horses, humans and humanoid fae have "asses" or
"bottoms" or anything else really. The same goes for the word "maw".

Could have been great if the fmc was older when the interaction with the mmc starts. I don't mind the age gap as much as the fact she is literally A CHILD. It should be a part of the trigger warnings.
