I look forward to comparing what I read here with what I have read in Scripture during my journey so far. I am glad I read the reviews as I received a warning to make extra sure to take extra time to cross reference the quoted scripture and the conclusions drawn by the author. So far, nothing is glaring, but it's just 30 pages in.

It's a culmination of short chapters in mini story lines that show where God can be found in every day life. So far a great read.

I started this book some time ago as a part of required reading for a death and dying class and aim to finish it.

Some real gems in here. I imagine Mr. Edwards reading to the Ingalls girls (Little House on the Prairie). Great for a little night time brain and tongue gymnastics.

I got bored with the Author's drilling the same revelation over and over in a paragraph... Until it's a revelation I need to hear. I'm enjoying it enough.

His interpretation of what occurred with Judah and Tamar seemed a bit off and the comment of Bathsheba and David didn't sit well, over all the past couple chapters were brief yet seemed to say too much. He presents a lot of examples to drive home each point though the points are very simple and self explanatory (in my opinion).
